Built Around Active Operations

The production cannot get in the way of the work.

Trucking and logistics locations are active workplaces. Scheduling, safety, access, equipment movement, and employee availability need to be planned before filming begins.

Safety

Site rules come first

We review access requirements, personal protective equipment, restricted areas, vehicle movement, and site contacts before production.

Scheduling

We work around the operation

Interviews and filming windows are planned around shifts, dispatch, loading, deliveries, customer needs, and employee availability.

Multi-Location Work

One plan across several sites

Productions can be organized across terminals, offices, yards, warehouses, customer locations, and regional operations.

Real Employees

People are guided through the process

Drivers, technicians, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and leadership receive clear preparation and on-camera direction.

How It Works

Plan the locations. Protect the schedule.

Production starts with the audience, locations, employees, operational restrictions, and intended deliverables.

01
Plan

We build the production plan

We define the audience, locations, people, schedule, interview topics, safety requirements, shot list, and final deliverables.

02
Produce

We film the people and operation

We handle interviews, camera, lighting, sound, facility footage, fleet coverage, photography, and approved drone work.

03
Deliver

We finish and organize the work

Final videos and images are edited, reviewed, organized, and formatted for recruiting, websites, sales, training, internal communication, and social media.

Common Questions

Trucking + logistics FAQ.

Can you film at active terminals and facilities?
Yes, when the location approves the production and the safety, access, and scheduling requirements can be met. Site rules are reviewed before filming.
Can you film drivers without disrupting routes?
The schedule is built around driver availability, dispatch, routes, loading, and shift requirements. Specific drivers may only be needed for short interview and filming windows.
Do employees need to memorize scripts?
No. We prepare interview topics and guide employees through conversational questions. People speak in their own words.
Can the project include drone footage?
Yes, when the location, airspace, weather, safety conditions, and FAA requirements allow it. AesthetiCo is FAA Part 107 certified.
Can you cover more than one location?
Yes. Multi-location projects are planned around travel, site contacts, operational schedules, crew requirements, and the footage needed from each location.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the number of locations, production days, travel, interviews, crew size, drone work, photography, safety requirements, editing, and final deliverables. The strategy call is used to build a defined scope.
