Questions

Denver livestreaming questions.

Where can people watch?

A public platform like YouTube, a private viewing page, or your virtual event platform. We set it up for wherever your audience is.

Do you bring the internet?

We check the venue's connection first. If it needs extra or backup internet, we add it to the quote.

Can you work with the venue's AV team?

Yes. We coordinate with the venue, the sound team, presenters, and your event producer so the room and the stream work together.

Will we get a recording?

Yes. Depending on the quote, that's the full program, separate sessions, or edited versions.

How early should we reach out?

The earlier the better, especially for conferences. It leaves time for venue coordination, testing, and graphics.

Do you travel outside Denver?

Yes. Travel is added to the quote when the event is outside the Denver area.
